SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times depend upon customizations and items in stock. If you are unsure about the timeframe you are working with give us a call or email us anytime. We can let you know if what you are wanting we can provide within your specific time frame. 

Your shipping rates are calculated at checkout. As soon as your order is received, if we see that your order will require more shipping charges or less depending upon weight and size we will contact you immediately.

RETURN POLICY

The only time we will accept returns or send refunds or replacements is if your items arrive broken or you receive items you did not order. We will not accept returns on custom orders. Please double check all custom options, spelling, colors, etc.… before checkout.
 
For any damaged products, reach out to us within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. If you are still able to use or plan on using the damaged products, we will not issue a refund or send replacements.
